Seeing as Andromeda believes that our relationship is entirely her business --more her business, in fact, then it is mine-- and that I've entered into some kind of "pseudo-sexual" (according to her) relationship with Sirius Black...

...I'm just not comfortable with the situation I'm in. I'm not comfortable having my life scrutinised by someone I don't know and someone that I don't trust not to thrust my feelings towards you and our son into the public sphere because that isn't fair to anyone, particularly not our son.

So, tell me what I should do. Right now, I'm staying with Sirius because I do believe his behaviour has been inappropriate and I do intend to do something about it -- but that doesn't mean submitting him to a public verbal assault.

What I want, right now, is for her to stay away from you and away from Teddy. I don't think anyone who is that quick to make family matters public is a good person to have around our son, and I also don't think anyone who immediately assumes I'm sleeping with my friend is a good person to have around him either.

I also think maybe it's best if I applied for my own residence, until we can sort out our life here without being held to anyone else's standards. I don't want my need to work through this to fall on Sirius. I don't want to be accused of sleeping with my friend, and I don't want such harmful and hate-fuelled rumours to reach our son and if that's what happens when I stay with someone else, then it's best if I'm on my own so it's no one's business where I am.
